Russian Vodka versus French Bordeaux. The language of the body cuts through all boundaries and leads to fruitful collaborations. At the invitation of TsEKh and Ballet Moscow, Ann Van den Broek created the performance Kamepa with seven Russian dancers. Korzo has entered into a close collaboration with the Malandain Ballet Biarritz and invited one of their creatives, Gaël Domenger, for the festival. Come and enjoy this melting pot. Santé!

Both are gifted dancers (Nederlands Dans Theater) and both have shifted their ambitions to creating their own work. With great passion they storm the national and international stage.

Package deal 4: Exquisite Sound Bites
Saturday 9 February | Theater aan het Spui | 18.00
Two musical opposites, and revolutionaries. Igor Stravinsky and John Cage influenced not only the music of the 20th century, but also the dance and visual art. Their music still inspires many artists today. Count among these the original Club Guy & Roni who will perform their own version of L’Histoire du Soldat by Stravinsky, to a script by Judith Herzberg. Choreographer Ederson Xavier Rodrigues and pianist Shuann Chai, together with dance academy students and the John Cage Ensemble present an ode to Cage. A real musical treat!
